At W J White’s we worked with the owner, spending time understanding the company, we soon realised there was incredible skill in the workforce and the products they were producing were of the highest quality, but due to a large new contract and the owner trying to run two businesses at the same time they were losing control and in danger of the contract not being delivered on time and profitable.
